1 pkg. won ton wrappers
1/2 lb. ground turkey or pork
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 green onions, chopped
1 tsp. sesame oil
3 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Mix the ground meat, ginger, half of one of the green onions, and sesame oil. Place a teaspoon or so or meat mixture on
a won ton wrapper. Fold the edges together, sealing them with water. Bring the chicken broth and
soy sauce to a boil. When it's boiling, add the won tons, and boil until the filling inside is cooked.
The won tons can also be used for Fried Won Tons.
