Parboil bean sprouts in a pot of boiling water for 1 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water, and drain again. Place on a serving plate, cover, and chill. Combine dressing ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Cut tofu into 1/5 inch cubes. Place over chilled bean sprouts. Drizzle dressing over tofu and garnish with sesame seeds and walnuts. |
