Tofu with Bean Sprouts


1/2 lb. fresh bean sprouts
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoons chile garlic sauce
2 tsp. honey 1 package (16 oz.) soft tofu, drained
1 tsp. toasted white sesame seeds
1/2 tsp. black sesame seeds
1/4 cup chopped toasted walnuts
Parboil bean sprouts in a pot of boiling water for 1 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water, and drain again. Place on a serving plate, cover, and chill. Combine dressing ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Cut tofu into 1/5 inch cubes. Place over chilled bean sprouts. Drizzle dressing over tofu and garnish with sesame seeds and walnuts.
