: Tabbouleh
Tabbouleh
1 cup cooked cous cous
3/4 cups fresh parsley, finely chopped
3/4 cups fresh mint, finely chopped
4 green onions, finely chopped
2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp. ground pepper
Place all the ingredients into a large bowl, and mix to combine. Note: this is delicious served with Hummus.
Serves 4-6
