Spicy Tuna Patties

1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1 egg, beaten
1 can tuna, drained
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon fresh parsley,chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons flour

Saute the onions in 2 tsp. oil or butter until they are translucent. Combine onions and remaining ingredients in a bowl. Shape tablespoons of the mixture into patties and fry in a skillet until they are browned on both sides. Serve with sour cream or plain yogurt on hamburger buns or pita bread.
