Tuna Pitas with Yogurt & Mustard


1 can 6.5 ounce Tuna in water, drained and flaked
1/2 cup plain low- or non-fat yogurt
1 celery stalk, diced
1 tsp. Coarse grained mustard
1/4 tsp. dillweed
Salt & Pepper
2 pita breads, halved crosswise
2 lettuce leaves
2 tomatoes, sliced thickly

Combine first five ingredients in medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Line bread halves with lettuce leaves and tomatoes. Divide tuna mixture among bread pockets. Serve immediately.
