One Bowl Chocolate Buttermilk Cake

1/2 lb (2 sticks) butter, cut into pieces
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powdr
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

4 tbsp butter, cut into pieces
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup Lucerne buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tbsp boiling water

Preheat oven to 350* F. In a large microwave safe bowl, microwave butter and cocoa until melted, 1-2 min. Stir in buttermilk, sugar, flour, soda and salt until well mixed. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Pour into greased 9X13 inch baking pan. Bake for 40 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 30 minutes.

To make glaze, microwave cocoa and butter until melted. Stir in buttermilk, vanilla and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in water. Pour over warm cake; spread evenly.
